arubi emerged from the desire to combine the potential of psychedelic self-exploration with well-grounded systemic and somatic-psychotherapeutic expertise in accompanying transformative processes. At the center are particularly deep experiences that extend beyond the psychedelic journey itself and can initiate lasting inner change.
arubi creates the set & setting for an experience that goes far beyond the psychedelic journey itself and can support sustainable inner processes of change.
In doing so, arubi combines a high professional and methodological standard with a deep respect for spiritual levels of consciousness that lie beyond cognitive experience. This naturally includes carefully supporting the transition back into everyday life and creating space to reflect on the experience, assign personal meaning to it, and integrate it into one’s life.
arubi places particular emphasis on tailored planning and the careful preparation of each individual journey. In in-depth preparatory conversations, a framework is created that aligns with your needs and wishes, provides a sense of safety, and supports you in letting go. This individually attuned Set & Setting is a central prerequisite for experiencing the full depth of a psychedelic self-experience with the power of plant medicine.
Circle of Guides
arubi works with carefully selected and experienced guides who support you before, during, and after your psychedelic experience. All guides have well-grounded training in systemic psychotherapy and body-oriented approaches, as well as several years of practical experience in individual and group work within therapeutic contexts.
The network grows deliberately and at a measured pace, as it takes time, personal encounter, and trust to form a small, carefully selected circle of guides whose attitude, level of personal maturity, and professional competence align with one another and with arubi.

As a systemic coach and systemic body psychotherapist, I have been supporting people in change and transformation processes for more than 20 years. My work focuses on providing empathetic and professional one-on-one guidance, always with the intention of creating a safe and protected space where you feel safe and held, allowing for deep, transformative experiences.

My view of humanity and the world
The interconnectedness of our mental, spiritual, intuitive, temporal, and physical being fascinates and moves me deeply. I approach the personal realities of those I accompany with curiosity, openness, and profound humility, always with the intention of supporting them in the best possible way to discover new connections, perspectives, and opportunities for change from their own wisdom.
The encounter with oneself and the experience of the perfection of another human being is one of the most deeply moving moments of my life.

With the help of intuition, empathy, and a keen sense of observation, I support people in navigating through complex, difficult, and multi-layered issues in a safe and empowering way. This enables new perspectives, solutions, and personal development.
